Matthew Allington (born 28 January 1997) is a British sim racer, currently competing for YTF1 Sim-racing Team in the IVRC Touring Car Championship.
Early sim racing career
Matthew started his sim-racing career at the Gentlemen's Racing Club, shortly before the league folded in 2013. Afterwards, Matthew started racing and managing his team, YTF1 at the Grand Prix Virtual World Championship (GPVWC), where he continues to be active to this day.
Allington has occasionally driven in other leagues, usually where rallying is involved, but has also won a small Hillclimbing championship.
Touring Car Championship
With the beginning of IVRC, Matthew will join the Touring Car Championship for it's debut season in 2018. Entering in time for the Brands Hatch round, Allington took pole position and won on debut.
